FAQs

When you have an attraction based on all things weird, we understand there might be a few questions raised. See below if we can help answer some of the more common ones.

This is not a small maze. With 1.5km of pathways and overbridges you may walk between 3-5km to successfully solve it - has exercise ever been more fun!?

Yes, 12 flights of stairs make up the design of the maze and will need to be used to solve it. If this is an issue you can use ground-level Emergency Exits and cross the middle courtyard instead of climbing the stairs.

Yes, other than the four corner towers there is no roof over the maze. Please dress accordingly.

The short answer is sorry, no. We can only refund if an area is closed to customers, and with our region's changeable weather we don't refund when it turns nasty. Remember, your ticket is valid all day!
