Pre-purchased Admissions
1. Guests are to be present their Voucher that contains booking details
including Booking ID and name.
2. Puzzling World requires 48 hours' notice for amendments or cancellations to bookings.
3. Bookings are fully refundable and amendable provided cancellation / amendments are
made no less than 48 hours before expected arrival.
4. For reservations cancelled or amended (date/numbers) between 48 and 24 hours of your
booking, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
5. For reservations cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 24 hours of your booking, a
100% cancellation fee will apply.
6. In the event of a 'no-show' a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
7. Confirmation of this booking will be made once details have been verified by Puzzling
World staff.
8. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying Adult.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers can be used at any time for 12 months from purchase date.
Discount Vouchers
Discounts can only be offered off retail Adult/Child Combo admissions.
Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued due to events out of our control, such as adverse weather, power outages, etc.
